HOUSE OF THOUGHT
HOUSE OF THOUGHT
AN ACTIVE ARCHIVE OF THINKING
CIRCA 2006
HOT is an artistic research practice and consultancy dedicated to exploring the future of thought through visual, textual and experiential storytelling.

Since 2006, as an active archive of creative thinking, HOT has been focused on developing original and surprising ways of understanding and interacting with an ever evolving world.
HOT is unique in how it brings together high level theoretical, fine art and literary thinking with award-winning design and direction.

Through critical thinking, consultancy, and production, HOT develops ideas for both traditional media and emerging technologies.

Built on an extensive archive of creative and critical exploration, HOT is a go to brain for thinking brands and organisations, and at a time when the stakes of our actions have never been higher, leads creative communities through cultural and political projects.
Thoughtful engagement with technology and thorough conceptual explorations of culture and history, provide the basis from which hot leads new worthwhile creative ideas and strategies that always aim at sensitive direct action and innovation for the intelligent spaces where culture meets luxury.

HOT believes perceptive, impactful and provocative ideas aren't bound by form or medium and working with both new and traditional technologies, HOT finds the best space or shape for each individual idea, story or moment.

HOT initiates its own projects, from symposiums and short stories, right through to narrative digital experiences.
A methodology of research, resource and history.

THE HOT METHOD
HOT is unique in how it brings together high level theoretical, fine art and literary thinking with award-winning design and direction.

The HOT archive is a thorough thought process. It is associative and analytical.

It is always surprising in its ability to coordinate different aspects of culture and society to present new ideas, a unique story or point of view.

It is design fiction, where considered speculation leads to progressive ideas.

HOT is about living the experience of sustained curiosity.

HOT never stops learning and this self education provides a constantly renewed repository of technologies and languages.
